Trekked out across Winyah Bay early yesterday
Worked a 100 yards of grass bank on slack then falling tide.
18 trout between 14-20 inches
8 reds between 15-33 inches.
Some on opening night with 1/4 ounce saltwater candy jig heads most on Gulp sugar n spice 3” shrimp.
Wind was whipping but fish didn’t seem to mind.
Still managed to get back to work for a half a day!
A stellar day of fishing is worth a month of therapy from a soft voiced shrink every time!
Thank you Lord!
It’s an awesome gift to be able to live in this area!
Never been to a shrink but I’ll take your word for it.haha A good day on the water or in the field does put a spring in my step.Your report reminds me of some of my good days and for that I thank you.
Nice post FW… I agree, a good day spent in Gods creation on the water can erase weeks of frustration and stress of the madness we deal with on land… Tight Lines…
