I purchased a new Star Lite 7 foot M(reviews were good from here), I like it.
Decided to clean my reel, got the schematics and went to work. I have a Shimano Stradic 2500FH. Took everything apart, cleaned, greased, put back together. At first the anti-reverse was working great without line, after winding the braided line on the reel, I can pull the line with the anti reverse on…the mother scratcher spins! There is a little resistance compared to with it off, however, something is not right. Maybe too much grease, a part is reversed? Anybody have this experience or can lend me some assistance?
