in the water around 08. Low tide 10:30.water has cooled off a little bit 79% Headed straight to Little River jetties. Got too the jetties look like the stars have aligned. Pelican sitting on the rocks each side. Massive schools of mullet. Pelicans working them. Water a little rough but oh well. Only one other boat there. Through the net. Net was so heavy I had to shake most of the bait out. Put 2 lines out. figured I’d catch 5 or 6 big reds & be home before launch. Didn’t work out that way. Rays and sharks. There ended up being 6-7 boats out there. Didn’t see anybody catch anything but rays.my guess is the storm messed them up bit. The mullet are moving so they should be here soon. Made a quick stop on the way home at dunn sound.2 reds both 24 in.
