Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

is there some problem with his contract that is causing S Carolina players and recruits to leave?

That large number of exits, which is expected to grow before fall practice begins, combined with the 31 newcomers set to join the team before next season means at least 36 percent of the Gamecocks scholarship roster will be first-year players. Including players who redshirted last season, 40 of the 85 players on the team will have never played a snap for South Carolina.

ouch!

This and the amount of JUCO’s that SCAR is relying on. JUCO’s are hit or miss, they go to JUCO because they either had some sort of discipline problem, couldn’t make grades to qualify, or not good enough for D1 football. When you start having smaller recruiting classes, and processing more players from the team you tend to have depth problems and quality in talent goes down. Now getting rid of players like Scar has been doing, will help out in the upcoming recruiting class by telling high caliber prospects that they can come in and start immediately, like Tennessee has been doing for the past 2 years. Since Ellis left, Scar has missed on many prospects and Scar’s bread and butter has also been relying on recruits from in state i.e(Clowney, Gilmore, Holloman, Hampton, Swearinger). The last 2-3 years the talent has been down big time in this state.

You were using a different name back when Salty insulted my intelligence level about reading comprehension when in fact he was the confused one. Good times. It was just a simple contract to read understand.

Fishb8, really was hard reading! dont worry Usuck is the new Juco U, gonna be a fast turnaround, much faster than the first 100 years , I gurantee it.

I think the cases of Shaq Roland and Mike Davis underscore their problem there as much as anything.

Here you have two highly rated, very talented guys, in their junior seasons when they should be getting serious about being leaders and winning. The body language from those two guys was just awful. No surprise at all that Davis left early and Roland transferred.

Shaq never lived up to the stars.
Davis wanted to get paid.

There is a good article on Mike Davis in todays State paper. It explains his decision to leave and if so, I totally respect him.

Shaq ended up at Prairie View A&M in Texas according to the webbernet. Best thing he could have done. He needed to get away from Lexington and the environment he was choosing to be in.

NO NO NO
That can not be true, just ask the Tiger fans, they know the truth. Just ask them.

From NFL.com, on Mike Davis…

“Not the same guy (in 2014). I think he had a rib injury early, but that’s not what bothers me. You look at Alshon’s conditioning, Clowney’s last year and now Davis? He’s got talent, but he can’t just half-step and think he’s going to make our league.” – NFC South scout

02/16/15 - 2015 NFL COMBINE: PROSPECTS WITH THE MOST TO GAIN OR LOSE, ONE-ON-ONE INTERVIEWS: RB Mike Davis, South Carolina…Although injuries played a significant part in his struggles, Davis seemed to have “Clowney Syndrome” in 2014, showing up with some bad weight and spotty effort. Davis’ older brother (RB James Davis) went through this process a few years ago and will be able to offer him insight. - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com

Any news out of Clemson?

Charleston City Papers Best Guide of 2014

From the #1 linebacker in the next class. Savion Smith

the day I had the scholarship, they have recruited me the hardest. Coach [Dabo] Swinney and I have a real strong relationship. When I took my mom down for a visit, my second time going, I got to meet the university president and he is from my hometown. We built a strong relationship, my mom loves him, he loves my family and I?ve not heard anybody say that they have had a meeting with the president of a school and I?m around a lot of top prospects. That was big."

You do understand they are transferring because they know the new recruits will be taking over the defense right? And making it better, right??? Btw tjackson, love how you put the effort into saying: Usuck

thats never been done before…

Would love to get this kid, but he is committing today and word is he’s going to LSU. Also, he is a DB. It’s still far from over, he goes to IMG in Florida and Jeff Scott and Tony Elliot have been killing in down there. Long way till next Feb.
