Notre Dame-vs-Clemson

And after this November’s whipping yet another legendary coach will pack his bags and hit the high road leaving behind a true mess.

If your prediction comes true, Spurrier will still have the upper hand on Clemson 6-5. He needs three more straight years of losses to have a losing record.

Lou Holtz rear end is still red from the beating he took in 03. After that he was told to pack his bags so don’t look for any compliments from him.

Were you alive in 2003? Or at least in elementary school?

Serious questions.

So, it’s all about the Old Nut Sacks ego, not about Sakkerliner’s program. Maybe he’ll let the university rename the mascot to the fighting Spurriers. Nah, his ego won’t let that losing mess use his name.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Interesting take on the topic. You realize there is an 85 foot long banner outside the stadium of Spurrier. He doesn’t seem to mind it.

He’d taken it down last season if he could gave. Gotta be embarrassed to to give them the best 5 years ever, past and future included, and then gift the faithful with last year and the current mess of a season.

Curious, why would Spurrier be embarrassed? He is the winningest coach ever at Carolina. No matter how many more games he loses, the winning number can not be reduced. If you were Spurrier, you would be ashamed of that? Interesting rational, but to each is own.

You seem bitter about the topic. Hope you get a hug today to cheer you up buddy.

Dude…Nut Sak doesn’t get embarrassed. Come on…a joke. Besides, he came to USC…that in it’s self shows he has no shame

Just one of many examples of Spurrier having opportunities to leave, but he didn’t.

The chances are great that when Saban leaves, Dabo could be in consideration due to his ties. What do you think Dabo would do if offered the position? Spurrier was also offered to go back to the Gators since being at Carolina, and is still there…

Only because Augusta National is too far away from Gainesville for a day trip…

…Politicians aren’t the “Oldest Profession”, but the results are still the same.

When they come for my guns and ammo. I plan on giving them the ammo. first!

Saw the State newspaper and declined the read…slightly above bleacher report(which is pretty bad)

Keep trying RBF…pathetic

My bet is the Gators would have given him his own private jet…

The Crimson Tide fans don’t deny it… Perhaps you are just unwilling to see truth due to your bias…

RBF…you started this whole deal and I never disputed. You then went “nerd” on me and researched on a game day. I was merely stroking the $^&* fire. Easy buddy.

Glanced at this article and took this away. Thanks for the share

For the record - I wanted Saban over Spurrier because I felt SOS was “yesterday’s news.” He has done okay at South Carolina, but the fact is that all he has to show in eight seasons is one colossal beating in the SECCG. I think therefore that my earlier assessment stands

Here is another little tidbit…

I’m thankful things worked out the way it did, and we landed Coach Saban as our HC, but, I have no doubts had we landed Spurrier as our HC, we would still have won multiple NC’s with Spurrier at Bama…I don’t think we would’ve been quite as dominant, as we have been under Coach Saban, had Spurrier came to Bama as our HC…We still would have won big had he came though…And I don’t think he would have turned us around as fast as Coach Saban did though…Only one HC could do what Coach Saban has done at Bama & that’s only Coach Saban…JMO

What the heck is STROKING the fire? Is that some weird male Clemson fan way of celebrating game day… Well, I don’t want to go there… I typically let the ladies stroke my fire, and light it. But, to each is own.
