Any reports on the catfishing or stripers? Me the son and cousins going for the weekend in two weeks. Thanks in advance.
I went out last Sunday and caught 3 stripers, all short (16", 20" & 21"). I caught one near Bonneau in 25’ and the other two near channel marker 15. I had a hard time finding the striper schools. I also got two blue cats, 10lbs and 12lbs, around marker 15 on live bait. Try drifting for cats across the channel between Bonneau and Pinopolis using live bait, it usually proves productive for me.
