O ring help needed

All ya’ll

My boat has two screw in hatches that were originaly sealed by o rings. Well the o ring have worn out and are long gone. I have searched the net and can’t find replacements. Does anyone know where I can find some new ones? They need to be 8" in diameter and as best as I can remember about 1/8" thick.

The big rain last night put a lot of water in the bilge, the pump came on, the float switch stuck, both batteries are dead.

Thanks in advance!

I don’t know about locally, but if you can get the measurements Mcmaster-Carr will have it online.

Buy the diameter you need, use a new razor blade to square the ends after you size the diameter (just lay it out in the groove)use quick set super glue.

…Politicians aren’t the “Oldest Profession”, but the results are still the same!!!

Thanks mixed Nutz and all the rest of you fine folks for the information. I think I need to take an advanced class on internet searches!

I ordered 4 of the buggers. They should be here by Monday.

Probably too late but Charleston Rubber and Gasket can help.

You can’t catch fish on a dry line

Duskyonline.com used to have a lot of hatches, gaskets and such if you can’t find it locally.
