Going to Hawaii in November and wanted to go out on a charter one day. I know November is not the best month but would like to try it. We are staying on Oahu. Any advice?

We trolled with a guide long ago in March and caught nada. It was just me and my wife so we were sharing a boat with another random couple. After an hour or two of nothing, I just wanted to stop and bottom fish to catch something to make the trip remotely interesting but the trip was a trolling trip and the other couple was committed to that, so we rode around another hour or two with nothing to speak of. Wish you better luck, but I’d try to build in flexibility if I was to do it again.
