Observations

Was down at my dock (tidal creek) this weekend, and with the clear water I noticed a dark mass on the incoming tide. At first I thought it was a cloud of muddy water, but then I saw a fish roll. Had to be hundreds of fish packed together. Turned out to be a school of mullet each about 6" long…

Also, I noticed lots of grass shrimp, which I thought was a good sign, given the cold water we’ve had.
