We made it to the break in about 1 hour 20min and don’t even think the bow came out of the water once. It was that nice. Different story on the way in. We started trolling north of the hole in about 68 degree water, pick up a bonita and then started trolling towards the hole. Water temp was much lower south towards the hole so we headed back north and finally found some 69.7 degree water and a nice weed line with lots of life but not alot of fish. There were a ton of man o wars, Sea turtles and Sun Fish, the most I had ever seen in one trip, pretty cool. We had a great day and ended up with:
1 #15 Dolphin
2 #10-12 Bonita
1 #80 Short fin Mako
Still a little early out there but getting better. Will be posting some pics soon. Had a great crew out there and can’t wait to get back out there.
