Started heading straight out to ledge, but pulled up in 90’ to check out a weedline. Got a couple of strikes right off and it was pretty choppy so started trolling out. Never made it to the ledge stayed in 120 to 140’ all day, caught 11 dolphin, 2 kings, a little tunny, and a daymaker sailfish. A frind from sumter who has only fished offshore twice caught it. Great day on the water.
Congrats. on the great day and the sailfish! Was that your first sail on your boat?? We should have listened to you and started shallow! Obviously, we drove over most of the fish. Post pics. when you get them!
