Offshore 6-3-12

We decided to give it try with a crew consisting of Zoo Crew, Keystone Cop, Cat Doc, Law Dog and Softball girl. I expected the worst on the way out Sunday morning but was pleasantly surprised when we broke the jetties to a nice ocean. We fished north of the hole in 150ft-300ft of water that varied from 79 to 79.8 degrees. Strikes were scattered just like the weeds with little to no pattern. We did have one triple knock down that was nice and put all three in the boat. We did lose one brand new rig and one teaser but managed not to tear anything up on this trip. Color was not an issue the fish were not picky. Made the call at 2:30 to call it a day and had a pleasant ride in at 35-38mph, other than the last five miles. We ended the day with 11 dolphin nothing under 20lbs.

Not sure what was going on with Pallet, but they overslept and he would not talk to me on the radio, maybe Chunky or Scoutin knows what was going on?

Your pictures turned out great. What camera did you use and was it a DSLR or a point and shoot? Colors are great and exposure time is near perfect.

Heard they caught 6 or 7, then another crew member said 5 so guessing 3 to 5 dolphin. They don’t take pictures unless they are talking trash to Chunky.

Looks like karma caught up with them the last few trips for the “picture”. It can be a biotch sometimes.

Set the trap boys, we going to pass through them again!!

Jordan all the pictures were taken with my iphone 4.
