Well…like I said we gave it a go and I’m glad we did. Splashed the boat at Cherry Point at 5:15. The ride out was a little sporty but decided to keep pushing out. Ran 18-20mph out to 55 miles. Had lines in at 8:30 and first fish on at 9:15. We continued to push out and landed three more and missed one! Thankfully the ride in was much smoother. Ran back in at 30mph and was back at the landing at 4:30. Definitely a day to remember and glad we made the trip!
