Fished out of edisto Saturday between the ledge and 226 hole and WOW the bilfish free jumping. We went 2 for 2 on the sails saw 6 total and put 6 dolphin in the boat.

If it were not possibly having to go through all the BS I would have left it. This was the young mans first trip offshore and billfish so yes we took a picture and realesed him unharmed and swimming off like a rocket, the second sail, the hook was removed and released no picture. I am not upset at you up2nogd but its all the others who act like they are the best stewards of the ocean when they would have done the same thing. By the way are you the Contender at Edisto Marina?

Nice trip Laid Back. We were out of the South Edisto on Saturday and Sunday. We were in the same general area as you but it was all about the dolphin both days. We had them jumping in the boat. Took 10 home with us. Would have done more but the wife was stressed about cleaning what we had. Great day though.

No we fish out of Mt. P. No worries on this side - congrats on the young mans first bill! FYI - I have done the same and will do it again when my daughter catches her firs Billfish!! I myself was checking out the pictures and remember the last time someone posted a similar photo!!! Ouch! Again congrats and Please keep the pics coming!!
