Left Shem Creek after thunder storm at 600 am. 2-3 foot seas going out. Started to fish at 800am in 150 feet of water on 400 line. After an hour with now bites we headed to 226 hole. Had a sailfish hit, jumped a few times then gone. about 5 miles from 226 hole we found a weed line and slick that was a dream come true. We could see lots of dolphin under it but they would not hit us. We got 6 in the boat Good crew. Thanks Michael,Mark, Gabe and Ben.We got welcomed back to harbor by another thunder storm. The seas and weather was awsome offshore. Later Len
looks like the mahi are getting stingy…
Thanks again to Len for an excellent trip. Awesome day all around! I will never forget the sight of all those Mahi just swimming up to and around the boat. It was a pleasure meeting all of you and me and Dad are looking forward to doing it again sometime.

The mahi bite has slowly declined over the last few years.
