Troy and his cousin from the Buck and Boar in Swansea came down to fish on the Offshore Office. We fished Royal Terrace and Edisto Banks. Lines out at 5:45am. The bite was slower than last week. Caught 9 dolphin and 1 king. All of the dolphin were on the out riggers and they all hit one at a time. The king was caught with a butterfly jig in 135 feet of water under a weedline on the way back in.
Them boys from the Buck and Boar wanted to keep them. They eat everything.
nice catch…
Nice work – I bet no one messed with you’ll at the landing. of course they eat sharks (nails too)
Have it Yor Way
I’m not saying that you guys don’t have one and this is just a friendly reminder to everyone that you do need a NMFS tuna permit to keep sharks. Good going on your day and your tank top tan-lines!
Mmmmmmmmmm…sharpnose steaks:sunglasses:
“Give war a chance!”
I got my permit a couple of weeks ago. I think it cursed me because I have not been able to pick up a tuna yet.

You’d better be careful with anyone from Swansea. Watch out for the Sandy Run and Gaston crowd, too.
The Buck and Boar is located right across the street from my mom and dad’s house on Pine Plain Rd.
Troy and his family are good people.
I’m sure they had a blast.
I saw a guy at GLM Sunday with three nice YFT’s. Did’nt catch the boat name. He did’nt look like the kinda fellow to use the puter!!
