May 25, 2021 - Headed out on a 30ft Scout to 600ft south of Edisto Banks. We thought the ocean would be calmer than it was. We got wet on the ride out.
Started fishing at 8:00am and picked up two fish. We missed a lot of fish. Ended up with five. We used all circle hooks and only brought one J hook. In the past we had great success with circle, but not this time.
Three other groups from Moncks Corner went out that day and they did better than us.
