We had 2 great days of fishing and diving Saturday and Sunday. Saturday we trolled for Mahi in 150 to 160ft we stayed in that range for basically the entire trip. Water temp 75 scattered weeds.
Sunday we dove 80 ft and found some nice grouper. It was amazing when we first hit the bottom a giant school of little tunies and a hudge school or red fish looked to be between 20 and 60lbs there were hundreds of them coming right in front of us. First time I had ever seen anything like that.

We saw a similar school at the 60 a couple of years back. We were on the bottom and it suddenly got much darker and kind of ominous. Looked up to see a huge school of tunny and redfish beating the heck out of a mass of scad. It was over in 10 seconds or so. All thatwas left was a flurry of scad scales. Very cool.

Thanks Jordan, Yea we had a pretty good day!! I fished the same area(south) on 3 different boats on Thursday, Saturday, and sunday everyday that spot produced at least 10+ dolphin. And they were all nice fish biggest being 39lbs!!! Good Luck to whoever is going this weekend!!!
