Look for drop offs or live bottom in 100ft or deeper. Can’t hurt to buy a Maps Unique of the local area. I’m pretty sure the Haddrell’s Point in West Ashley has some. There are a few artificial reefs in 80-100ft of water that will hold some vermillion snapper and other fish but they get fished hard. Send me a PM and I can help a little more.
