Left a little later than expected which had a lot to do with just a 2 person crew. Steady action all day long, doubles, triples. We just couldnt find the wahoo we were after. Caught a bazillion tunas, just wrong species. First fish came as we were setting our first rod. Thought it was gonna be a stellar day but they were all little tunnys except 1. Did catch a big sail on a diving lure with wire?!?! No acrobatics though, fought like hell for 20 minutes, down deep. I sorta felt robbed :face_with_head_bandage:. Really thought it was the big hoo we were after. Beautiful day on the water though. Happy Thanksgiving, y’all!

1-2’ chop. Short sleeve weather while trolling. Nice day offshore!

Sail on a plug thats a new one. How hard were the treble hooks to remove?

Surprisingly not hard, had him outside the bill. I was worried when I saw it was a sail, but luckily he only had one hook of the back treble hooked up.
