Oil Slick

Oil Slick off the coast of Edisto today–anybody else see it? Where’s BP now?

No photos???

Umm, you gonna eat that?

Thousands have died to save my freedom. Only one has died to save my soul!

Did it look like this? If so, it’s an algae plume/bloom. Saw this myself at the start of the channel 12 miles out this past Tuesday.

That’s it. Thought it was algae at first but it smelled “artificial” if you know what I mean—kinda like some chemical. Yall have a good day.

Nah…DNR’s too busy giving me a $160 ticket for puttin’ around on an inflatable one man boat w/ a trolling motor ( no regestration, title, yda yada)to be investigating oil spills in our ocean. Aint no money coming in looking at that. Im not sure the reasons why a motor boat (it becomes a vessel once you add the the motor I was instructed) needs a $ regestration but I agree there are likely many good reasons. I’d just like to know how a one man inflatable boat with an electric motor qualifies.
ummmmm, Im just saying again

“No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem”

Dude, they don’t make the laws, they just enforce them. Ignorance is no excuse.
