older Johnson parts

I’ve got a friend with a 1981 90HP Johnson who’s looking for some replacement parts. I’ve seen a couple of boat “junk yards” mentioned on here before and was hoping ya’ll could give me any recommendations for sources. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What parts are you after? Harley at Hwy. 88 Boat Yard, in Pendleton,(864 646 9923) used to have a good selection of older OMC stuff. I know he ships a lot of parts via UPS. If not I’ll be glad to go over and check for you when I get a little time.

The way he described it to me is he needs the coupling bolt and bushings (just under the carb) that moves the shaft to put the motor into reverse.
