it should my engine that I original bought it for was a 2000 150 Evinrude I sold the boat and all it needed was the optical reader. I can meet you or send a picture if need be

OK so I did a little internet search and it appears that the same power pack is used from 96-05 but a picture of it would help alot. I know this is the swap forum but I don’t know if I have anything you need. Do you have a price in mind? Mine is currently working fine but I hear and read that they go out frequently and I wouldn’t mind having a back up on board.
