Is anybody selling bait on the water or at marina’s? Heading up this weekend and don’t want to pull the boat out much to go get bait. Mid lake areas?
David and Richard are usually at the dam until 7:30 on weekend mornings. Mid-lake, the only other option I know of is Eptings landing at the back of Bear Creek. Cousin Joe usually sells herring caught by Jimmy Jones.

Better Bait is only about a block from Jake’s Landing. I have walked there from the dock and brought back a few dozen in a 5 gallon bucket several times if it were after 7:30 as Fogman mentioned above. I’d then of course transfer them to my bait tank or bait well.
