I just sent off a check for my trolling motor mount from Birdsall Marine. I called down there to last week to ask if they did any cutom work since I needed a mount about 4" longer than their stock one so I could get some thru-hull bolts on the deck puck. I sent them a couple of pics and expected to get a call and some questions, then an extra charge for a “custom” order. Next thing I know, I get a call yesterday saying it is ready to ship! I got the invoice and no charge for adding the extra length to the mount. I did luck out because they were making a production run but still, that’s service. Now I’ve got to get a TM. Will be giving them more business if I need something they have in the future.
Good to hear. How did you hear about them to begin with? Looks like they have some really nice products. That billfish painting on their website is even worth a look at.
