since i had several people ask me how i made my mango salsa for my shark tacos and we all play on the same website…ill just post how i made it here.
to make the salsa, dice up a large mango, onion, tomato, and a jalapeno. chop up some fresh cilantro and squeeze some lemon juice on it. add about a teaspoon each of cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and garlic salt. stir it up, let it sit overnight so the flavors mix together, then enjoy!
bonnethead/blacktip tacos with the mango salsa along with the colby jack/bacon jalapenos were mine…thanks to all the hungry fishermen that kept me from having to take home leftovers
