Looks like you need to alternate seams. Black, white, black, white:stuck_out_tongue:!

Gonna be nice!

Does this qualify as racial profiling? Mr. Jackson and Sharpton would probably not choose the brighter option.

I like it black.

Just for s… and grins do a photo with the alternating black and white…

I like the black, but the white seems a little more classy. Even more so as you described it being covered to keep from getting stained in fish blood.

Thanks all for the opinions and input. Appreciate it. It looks like black is the solid winner 12-5

The photo would be easy, but first I’d have to build another one. I don’t think so. These aren’t photo shopped and I’ve got enough cheese serving trays already

Glenn, if you’re seeing a purple one you might need to adjust your monitor colors. Boat Life calls that color mahogany, although it doesn’t look mahogany to me either

You caught me editing…No puter problems. middle pic looks purple to me. Use the toenail polish/paint for a test:smiley:. Go black/white over the purple.

By the way, my brides vehicle is Gray…manufacturer calls it something different. Can’t remember…it is at least 3 syllables tho.

I think black first, white second. I know you’ve seen some photos of the boats I built so you know I don’t always shy away from contrasting woods but I like the contrasts more as accents. So I think like Ian that with all the other white on the boat that it would just be too much white to do the floors too. Can’t wait to see the boat. By the way if you ever have trouble finding real Burmese teak let me know and I’ll look up the source I used. The price is obscene now. I had good luck finding good sapele though as a substitute.

I plan on living forever, so far so good

Could be my cell phone picture, or the light, but it’s really brown, not purple. It has no votes anyway and I don’t like it. I ain’t building no ugly boat

From looks alone, I like the white best.
