Quick trip this am with my brother to try and land some Ornage Spotted Fish. Put my new rig through a beating, and it took it, and landed us 4 nice solid fish that fought hard. My Inshore St Croix Mojo with the CI4 Stradic 4000 did an amazing job. Had to turn the fish before they got wrapped up in some structure, and it did a great job. Missed one big hit on cut mullet and it straightned out my circle hook…

Water was clear
Had a boat saw us catching fish, so they decided to start fishing pretty close to us… They landed a few as well. I could have casted my live shrimp into their boat they were so close… Oh well
I also like the color difference on these fish. One was very bright and had a sharp color, while the next was very light.
All fish were revived and swam away to be caught another day.
