Juice and his brothers came down to fish today. We left the Bristol at 3:30, once we cleared the Jettys were greeted by a washing machine. Layed down nicely though and we had lines in at the GT Hole just before 7:00. Fished in 150-300 feet most of the day in a beautiful ocean. Tuna were busting all morning in a nice little rip and we managed to put 5 black fins in the boat and released 2 little skipjacks. Largest BFT was around 30#. He was fat! We also boated several dolphin, the last as we were reeling the last line in. Then pitched a spinner to his buddy, who spit the hook after a short battle. And caught a nice wahoo in the 25# range. I was telling Juice how I had not seen a baracuda this year, and we proceeded to catch 2 after I said it out loud. Go figure.
Great day fishing with great company.

Nice going, guys… those are some serious BFTs! Glad to hear the weather was better offshore… it was pretty sporty on the beach. Wish I could’ve made it out.

Nice day. Patrick told me you all did well this weekend. Congrats on all the recent success.

That just happened.

Are you the guy he did some work for over at Ripley Light?
