Otherside of the Stream 2/28 Report

So the reports coming in from the fleet is that Albacore Tuna is being caught in nice quantities out deep, with a few Bluefins gracing the docks as well. Compared the last few years…the bite is stronger this year.

Swordfish bite is still strong and market demand in the US is still high…most boats are reporting 60% to 40% markers to pups, with a good mix of upper level markers.

(Yes…these guys are fishing in INTERNATIONAL Waters)

Nothing yet on the yellow or black types…but will keep an ear out for such and let you know.

With $4.00 fuel on the horizon…‘picking your days’ will have a different meaning again…

Are yellowfin tuna extinct?

thanks for the report.
