That guy is a commercial fisherman…he should know what the regs say. I think I just woulda said “yeah sure I caught it on rod and reel.”

23 dont you think the le would see the net marks, that being said i would have took my chances and brought the fish in since it was probablly dead anyways.

My feelings are that if the feds sold him incidental tuna permits for net boats for all those years, had no problem taking his money for 15 boats…then the fish should be his!
