Left the harbor Fri around 3pm and looked around for some live bait to go snapper fishing… ended up with a few pins and cigars at the Charleston 60. Ran out to my snapper holees and had our 4 reds within 30 min. We were limited out on silver’s ,b-liners, and reds by 1am. Anchored up on the ledge and cooked some snapper and settled in for the night. Planned to get up at first light and get Mr grouper , woke up and seen a bad looking storm back home. We ran south to get out of the way.
Tally for the day ;
20 huge b-liners
10 blackfish
4 red snapper (released about 20 more)
12 silver’s
3 grouper
4 tile fish
15 triggers
1 30lb dolphin on spinning reel
Good haul Chris. I was gonna head out Saturday, ended up pulling 16 at the plant Friday. Maybe next week. Let me know what your plans are maybe we can buddy boat out.

There is not much I don’t know about boats, but somehow I still see something new every day.

Thanks Ray. Reds and B-Liners cooperated great. Some of the biggest B-Liners I ever caught, up to 20 inches. Still need to work on the grouper. Just not very consistent on the grouper bite. Might try again this weekend.
This the dolphin I caught on a spinning reel. 29lbs.
