Very easy… what you will need

oysters…save as much juice from them as you can
crab meat…claw/lump or mixed

half and half/regular milk or canned cream (I used half and half)
salt and fresh fround black pepper to taste (I used about 1/4 teaspoon salt)

place butter in bottom of pan or dutch oven over medium heat…melt…add in bell pepper, celery, yellow onion and garlic…
saute for about 5 minutes…add flour to mixture and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes…stirring constantly. Gradually add in oyster juice(strained) and broth…stirring with a whisk until blended. stir in thyme and bay leaf and bring to a soft slow boil. Add in oysters, green onions and milk…reduce to medium and cook until oyster edges begin to curl. …about 3-5 minutes. gently fold in crab meat, salt and pepper…cook over low heat until thorughly heated…just a few minutes. discard bay leaf…sprinkle with more black pepper .
