Oyster Mounds

I see a lot of pictures of guides taking people to areas with huge oyster mounds as far as the eye can see. The only place i have ever seen like that was in kiawah creek on the low tide. I spooked 3 fish in my kayak that i am assuming were large reds. Anyone ever try that spot and have any luck?

Oh man, I thought you were talking about something totally different!

Those are large mud flats at low tide. Redfish school up on those in the winter. If you have a kayak you can access many of those. The large expanse of mud flats on the Kiawah River would be a great starting place.
