All right, I know I wimped out today…
Gonna try some stucture in a creek about 3-4 miles away from Bushy landing. Anyone interested in some exercise and possibly a spottail, I’m launching around 11-noon with minnows and grubs.

Had a reel good day. First cast to some rocks, and hooked up on this 21" red also landed 9-10 keeper trout- thou none over 16". Probably another 20 undersize fish. Pretty much non-stop action for an hour using any color grub I threw.
And the good deed of the day: I stopped at a crippled guys house on way home and gave him 7 fish:slightly_smiling_face:

Beautiful flat water for about 2 hrs. after work with only a few gnats. I missed 2 and caught 2, bigger one measured 17"

NOT in insult! I just don’t stay dry enough to use regular boots. And this time of year, booties are toasty.
Mud making fun of his boots and fishing skill is one of the few enjoyments I find in life. Since I have been unable to fish for most of the last 6 months I have a bit of envy for Cut being able to fish so much.
