Dear chum…Come on Man! The gubbmint ain’t hiring nobody at DNR right now, and all them cousins, nephews, and brother’s-in-law are running out of unemployment checks. You know how the system works dude. They probably can give a few Re-Tired highway patrolmen a chance at some side money to! Why not include coyotes and armadillos too?
