Palmetto State Armory goes fishing?

Hey,
I am new to this forum, and love to inshore fish. I heard that Palmetto State Armory (AR15 manufacturer and gun/hunting retail stores out of Columbia, SC) was coming down to Mt. Pleasant. I don’t know if it is a rumor or not, but I heard that they will be carrying fishing equipment/tackle. Have y’all heard anything? Know anything about their pricing?

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Just to give y’all an update… Palmetto State Armory- Mt Pleasant IS going to have fishing equipment! They are also hiring for a ton of positions. They just created an account here and posted this link: http://old.charlestonfishing.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=148953

Saw an ad on tv while watching football yesterday that they were opening in oakbrook plaza. Did not say when.

My buddy works for them in Columbia, and last I talked to him they were looking to open in the old Kmart shopping center at the corner of 78 and Berlin G in Summerville. I see that it fell through based off your post. Great to know, they have really good stuff.

The Summerville location is going to be an additional location and it has not fallen through. According to the press release, the Summerville store won’t open until some time 3rd or 4th quarter of 2015. The Mt Pleasant store is supposed to open some time this fall/winter.

I’m curious to see what they bring to the table as far as fishing products. I’m sure there’s going to be a learning curve for them.
