The Firearms Manager of our PSA store in Mt. Pleasant, just got back from a hunt in Texas. He and his dad were going for free range aoudad near Alpine, TX. They both shot their aoudad with .300 Weatherby Mag rifles, 200gr partitions, at around 250yds. His aoudad below measures 30 inches.

I didn’t denigrate his kill, I plainly said “to each their own”. If you want to go to Texas to shoot a billy goat with a .300 mag, it’s OK with me 
I just don’t get it, nothing that I would ever do, but sure don’t have anything against it.
I wouldn’t go to Alaska to catch a fish either, but that’s me.
