Poledancer, it was good meeting you also. Thanks for the kudos on the cabinas. We have some interest in them but no one has shown me the $.
I have a funny story for you. As you have seen, we have cows on my property next door. Well, two got out and went down to our swimming pool and decided to take a swim. Evidently, it was trying to drink from the pool and fell in. What a site to behold, my dad offered it a boat drink with an umbrella, but it declined. Only in Panama.
when are you headed back down?
cheers

Johnny, Dad is loving it in Panama, it only took me 2 years to get him to go to Panama and see the project, now he will not leave. It is great having him down there as our caretaker, and we get to fish togeather alot more. I just need to get him back into surfing. No he does not have vw, but he is starting to look like Hemingway.
Nailer, that is a great time of year to fish CR, that area is great for sailfish, really big ones, and marlin will be in the mix also.
Florida boy, Los Suenos is another good spot, take the trip you will not regret it.

If you are looking for all inclusive, Panama Sportfishing is your best bet. They are in Boca Chica, on the water. They will cater to your every need. They have the most experinced capt in the area (Macho
). They provide all meals, drinks, transportaion, ect. The prices are good, and the equipment is new. Hey poledancer, do you have the website?
over the ledge, your wife is out of law school now, so no more excuses, buy your ticket and leave the poor trout alone.
liquid courage, hey cuz, you know family is always welcome.
Ledge Hog , Nice Black! I just got back from Pt. Jimenez, CR just up the coast from Panama and the billfishing was on, but still no waves. Man I could get use to the life down there. I’d like to check out Panama too. I hear the land purchase is a bit easier and just as good fishing. What kind of project you got going down there?
TUNANUT,
This Panama venture started in pt. Jeminez. About 5 years ago we ran two boats from Pt. Jeminez to Coiba Island, Panama, to fish Hannibal bank. We stayed on Coiba for a week and fished the area, the fishing was of the charts. After a fewtto Cobia from Costa Rica, we looked for land in Panama. We bought the land in Boca Chica around 4 years ago and started a “fishing club”. We built 10 cabinas, a restaurant-bar, pool, and waterfront. It is a private club, open to owner’s and gueat only. You own the cabina and property out-right, and pay a yearly maintenance fee for the right of use of the common property. We do have 2 for sale and lots for sale if interested.
It is easy to use to the slower pace of life in Central America, as long as you are not trying to get somethinig done.
Chumking,
the two cabinas we have for sale are $150,00.00, and $180,000.00. The cabinas are 800 sq.ft. We also have lots for sale. Our website is being revamped and should be back up next week.
