Had a good crew aboard PaPas Toy today. Had my son Chris with me today and that was a real pleasure to have him on the trip today. Also had my uncle Danny from Tennessee and 2 other friends Mike and Brad. left the my dock 6:10 it was absolutely calm in MI this am, we were little behind. Broke the jetties to find a good chop ran in a very sloppy sea to about 12 miles just shy of the scarp and then it got very sporty had to slow down to about 20 nts. It was not a day for the weak at heart on the big pond today But the trip was well worth it by 1 p.m. we had 16 mahi in the box it was steady all morning. Started back at 2 p.m. at my dock 4 p.m. nice ride back.
