Fished from about 8:30 to 12:30 with shrimp on a cork and mud minnow on bottom. Managed 3-4 reds (largest was 27"), 8-10 nice keeper trout and a couple smaller dinks, one black drum, and one big ray. All in all a nice day on the water and the rain held off. I would have stayed longer but was due home by 1PM.
Sounds like a nice way t ospend the morning. Should have headed toward Paradise, instead I met Jordan to fish the Stono for a few hours. 1 ray and 1 toadfish between us.
There is nothing - absolutely nothing- half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats. Kenneth Grahame
