Is the Paradise Ramp a decent place to launch? Will be launching an 18’ center console. Coming from out of town this weekend and any advice is greatly appreciated
Good ramp, but no dock and the “beach” is sort of rocky. Be prepared to get your feet wet when you load/unload. If your boat has a T-Top, you might not be able to get under the 41 bridge at higher tides, but plenty of good fishing (usually) up river of the bridge. With all the fresh water we have had lately, fishing might be a little jacked up up there.

Really good fishing up that way. I used to frequent that area before all the new development. Should be good this time of year as most have put their boats away.
Dolphin is correct. Also, be careful on a low low. Learned the hard way one day and had to take out at Remley’s. On the plus side, that area of the river should be clear before most areas. Tons of good fishing to be had around that area.
I put my 18’ in and out without any issues mid low and mid high tide. DolphinD is spot on. Plenty of good spots to fish in Paradise. Its worth a trip!
