Any Wal-mart, but talk to the manager first.
North Charleston has an ordinance about parking Trucks for more than 24 hours in a lot of areas, I got a ticket when I drove truck for parking the Tractor at the Dollar General on Remount Road, it was near my house.
You could talk to the nearest grocery store near you and see if you could park in the back if they have room.
Wherever you park make sure it is okay, most places in Charleston are not Truck friendly.

you might talk to holiday inn riverview just across the bridge from bristol. they have a small grassy area between the bridges and their parking lot where buses sometimes park. also have seen lots of trucks with boat trailers parked there during king tournaments.
just a thought.
