Pathfinder???

I am thinking of buying a new boat and was wondering if anyone one had any thoughts on pathfinder boats. I am leaning towards 23’ or the 26’ bay boats.

Wonderful boats. Fit and finish is spot on IMHO and the best wiring and plumbing I have seen on a bay boat.

One of the finest. Notice you don’t see many used ones up for sale often. And when you do it brings top dollar.

About as good as you can get in a production boat. First class.

Great customer support. When I bought mine, Skip Lyshon (Sales Manager for Maverick Boat Company) stayed in touch with me during the entie building process…and I was in Afghanistan. Great company to deal with.

Be prepared to drop some serious coin though.

Awesome Boats!

I’ve had the 22 and now run a 24. Great boats for this area. I can fish the reefs 10 miles off the beach and also get back in the shallows if I care to. There is a new 26 up at Barrier Island that looks impressive from the pictures. Hope it is still there next weekend during the owners tournament.

Doesn’t make sense to me that a Cobia and a Redfish have the same point value (100) in the tournament.

I haven’t seen the official rules yet. This will be my first year participating in the owners tourney*

They are a top notch company. If you want to see how they treat their customers, friends & family, visit them next week at Barrier Island Marine for their owners tournament.
I have fished their owners tournament in Islamorada Fl the last few years, with a friend (ChasRedFish) who owns a Hewes and I can’'t wait for my Grady White to sell so I can buy one of their boats.

good company and boats. The early PFs had issues with water on the deck, but I put ball valves in mine and fixed it. Miss it soemtimes. My maverick too. When i was selling it, Scott Deal called me ant told me I wasnt asking enough  May fish the tournament for old times sake …

I’ve signed up 2 anglers but My lady angler may have a conflict. You are welcome to fish with me if you want. Could be epic.

really depends what you plan to use the boat for. Pathfinder makes a great boat. It doesn’t ride as well offshore as some of the other bayboats, but it will get shallower inshore than some other bayboats. Really depends how you plan to use it.
