I’m preparing the pecan encrusted grouper tonight and planning to serve it with Kendall Jackson’s Private Reserve Chardonnay. It’s a bit oakey with a light buttery hint.

Oh, note on the pecan flour that I don’t use two cups of flour… I just copied the recipe from my cookbook on here, and it calls for the two cups of flour.

I tried h20gul’s grouper recipe last night, but substituted striper filets for the grouper. The striper was pretty thick, about an inch or more, so I just browned both sides in an electric skillet and finished them off in a preheated oven at 350. It turned out great! Lynn, you should try it some time!!
