My 200 Yamaha 2 stroke pee hole is plugged. Not by mud. It looks like a piece of plastic. It will not push back or pullout(not using much force). Have I picked up a piece of plastic or has something gone bad inside. I have not checked to see how difficult it woud be to work on the problem from under the cowl. I usually leave that stuff to Mr V.
You sure your water pump impeller isn’t hosed?

Sounds like could possibly be part of water pump impeller. Can try removing cowling and usually the pee hole is hooked to a piece of rubber hose that connects pee hole on lower cowling to the powerhead or somewhere else on motor,can disconnect hose if piece is stuck in there and work it out. Chances are good it’s a rubber part of the impeller, which means it’s time to service pump.
