Anyone try one yet, any reviews on them?
Not familiar with that one though I have a Penn Legion I like.
Went out with a guide in December and he had 6 brand new ones. I believe they were all 7’ Medium, Extra Fast action. All were spooled with the new Berkley Nanofil (6 lb). Casting distance was incredible but not sure how much that has to do with the rod. Sensitivity was excellent.

I haven’t tried one but have been looking at them. I have a Legion that I really like and a Fierce that is crap.
If two wrongs don’t make a right, try three.
Went ahead and got the med 7’3" legion and it is a nice stck, very sensitive. Haven’t had out in the yak yet but did break in on some bass in my " practice pond".
Good deal did you pick it up locally? CA/HP? The LEGIN815S73 is an awesome rod for reds and trout.

Love my Legions. I have four of them but thought about trying out a Regiment soon too.

If you love the Legions you will defiantly like the Regiments. The Regiments use the Fuji K guides and cast light artificials and spoons really well.

The regiments have a “finer” (lack of better term) grade cork on the handle as well. More like the cork you see on higher end surf rods. Like Nasty said, if you like the Legion you will definately like the Regiment I think…and yes we keep them in stock in several actions/length. Have one myself just have not hit the water with it yet

Scott, do you ever have time to hit the water?
Scott, I’ll come see you soon. Need to come pick up that anchor as well. Maybe next week. Let me know when you want to hit the water.

not much time for it Rap, but I do get out a fair bit in May,June, july…thats about all though. Definately teach fishing more these days than I actually get to do it!
No problem Reel Therapy, somehow I think I will see you in the near future. 'Preciate it.
What is your favorite size and brand of reel you routinely use on the med 7-3 Legion or a new Regiment?
A 3000 size would be the ideal match. It balances out very well with a Battle 3000.
