After fishing Ocean Isle Beach NC for 20+ years I recently moved to Charleston area and after spending the last couple months on the water learning the area, and prospecting for reds, my father-in-law and I finally hit pay dirt this past Saturday 1/9. Caught 14 with the biggest at 26". Was throwing white gulp shrimp and Zman paddlez electric chickens with 1/8oz to 3/4oz jig heads…
Most were released for another day but did keep a couple slotties for supper.
