I am trying to edit some pics for a photo collage picture frame.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to take a 4"X6" pic that is horizontal and rotate the pic to a 4"X6" vertical without rotating the photo subject?
The picture frame has several frames laid out horizontal and several laid out vertically but all of my pics were taken horizontally.
It should seem simple enough to do it but dang if I can figure it out. Any hep would be greatly appreciated.
what software do you use?

windows 7
and Corell photo something.
Thanks for responding but I keep playing with it and found a cropping tool in Microsoft office that was simple to use. open file, edit, crop, designate 4X6 portrait and then slide the box to the image and save. Super easy.
I just found it odd that I couldn’t find the tool I was looking for in Picture Viewer and Paint seemed to difficult.
The Corell software I have only had for a few days and I’m still exploring it.
Thanks again.
PS if you have any other suggestions I’m willing to learn.
It ain’t as bad as the pig tries to make it sound.
Download GIMP, awesome free digital photo editing software…there’s a bunch of them available, but I use GIMP the most frequent. Once you learn it, it’s faster and has more tools than Corel. Other than photoshop, its the program I use most…
