I’ve tried to post a photo and have gotten this message on different computers and for different photos. I’ve posted photos before without a problem. What’s up with this?
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
Photobucket changed their free photo hosting. You now have to pay them a crap ton of money to hotlink photos from photobucket.
Screw them.

I was having the same problem not using photo bucket. After some testing, found the posting problem is kind of random, some pics post, some give an error. I always edit my pics, a litle cropping, always resize to keep them smaller. Though it was the file name?..nope…number of times the edited file was saved?..no. I think more so the photobucket thing has the site kind of “filtering” the pics? Just not sure. I have some pics that just will not post no matter what I try.
You can post straight from your smartphone to The forum. I have found if you post from iPhone too the forum, then look at your posts you pics are sideways? Go back to IPhone and they are right. I dunno?

I tried from my desktop and from my iPhone, and got the same error message from both places. I was not even using photobucket. Maybe Chas Fishing uses photobucket and all pix go through them. I don’t know.
I think I just broke this website since I tried to cut-and-paste Chinese characters here… This looks like a glitch in the matrix to me…
I was reading about clearing my cache, and it scared me. Said it would delete all the passwords I had saved for various sites. I don’t see why posting a pic should be so complicated. Of course, I’m sure it’s not for folks who know what they’re doing. Unfortunately, I rode the short bus to school.
I agree.
The error message says, “There is a problem with the resource…” I post photos all the time to emails, text messages, youtube, other websites, and on Facebook. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with my resource.
